課程結構
課程分為3個部分，包括必修學科、專業主修學科及項目報告，每學科占6個學分，專案報告占12個學分，共120個學分。專業主修學科共分九門專科，包括工商管理、資訊科技、風險及保險管理、市場管理、財務、商業國際、品質管制、運輸管理及物流管理。

修讀語言
本課程以英語修讀為主，並輔以中文教材。習作及項目報告必須以英語完成。

修讀期限
本課程的修讀期一般是三年(6學期)。學員如獲豁免修讀部分學科，修讀期可相應縮減為一至兩年。為配合不同學員的學習進度，本課程修讀期最長可申請延至五年。

教學模式
本課程採用課程講授模式授課。個別科目亦需要學員參與小組討論及彙報、個案分析等方式學習，以使學習具互動性，提升學員的思考及表達能力
